National Self Harm Network - Help for people who self-harm. Runs a peer-led support forum

Brook - runs a free information and support to under 25s throughout the UK about topics such as sex, relationships, pregnancy, abortion, having a baby, STIs and contraception. Ask Brook also run a free, confidential helpline - 0808 802 1234 (Monday-Friday 11:00am-3:00pm).
