Publications are a key part of life at UCL Laws. UCL Law Society produces a number of different publications each year on a range of topics. For example, this year, alongside the UCL Law Society Careers Secretary, we published the ‘UCL Laws Guide to a City Training Contract’. Our flagship publication, Silk v Brief (otherwise known as ‘Silky B’) is published twice a year. Silk v Brief allows our students to show off their writing and analytical skills on an issue or topic of their choice. Silk v Brief also acts as a platform for students in the Society to share their art or photos. A new development for Silk v Brief is the global reach. We are currently in discussions regarding the sending of Silk v Brief to our associated universities across the globe.
